This niche market grew out of my selling to out of state/country clients who had no one to watch their property.
As an added service to my clients, I started helping them rent their unit while they weren't using the property, and it just snowballed into a side business that now has a life of its' own.
My repeat clients call as early as a year in advance to rent luxury properties for the season, or for just a month, people transferring to Florida, or for special events i.e. Art Basel, the Boat Show, weddings or long weekends.
My philosophy is not to just sell you the property; I am your partner in assisting you to get added value to your property. By doing all of the extras for my clients, they come back to me to sell their property and move up to the next level of luxury they may not have been able to afford with their first unit.
